The HGHA is pleased to offer an in-person and online seminar on concussion recognition and response best practices.
Topics Covered:
- Concussion mechanisms, signs, and symptoms.
- Immediate response and sideline management.
- Return-to-learn and return-to-play protocols.
- Communication and documentation pathways.
- Role and interpretation of baseline testing.

- In-Person Session: Monday January 12, 2026 from 6-8 pm in the Active Living Centre.
- Online Session: Monday January 26, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
