HGHA Board Vacancy - Equipment Manager

The Huntsville Girls Hockey Association (HGHA) Board of Directors is seeking a volunteer to fill the Equipment Manager position for the remainder of the season.

This is a great opportunity to support our athletes and be involved behind the scenes of our association.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the association’s equipment inventory.
  • Catalogue and ensure proper storage of all equipment.
  • Coordinate ordering of jerseys, name bars, medals, and socks.
  • Oversee distribution of equipment to teams at the start of the season.
  • Coordinate collection of equipment at season end.
  • Provide recommendations to the Board regarding equipment condition, replacements, or new purchases.
