Dear Sting Families,

Our mission is to provide a fun, inclusive, safe and competitive experience that builds solid friendships through teamwork and integrity.

To ensure we are meeting these goals, we invite you to participate in our Association Survey. Kindly complete one survey for each team on which you have a participating player.

Note for First Shift and FUNdamentals families: please participate even if certain questions do not apply to your Player at this stage.

Why Your Feedback Matters:

As we prepare for the 26/27 season, your honest input is vital. The results of this survey are used by the HGHA Board to:

• Improve Player Experience: Improve the experience for the remainder of this season and take steps to support Player development and enjoyment next season.
• Inform Future Decisions: Guide the Board's decision-making process for the 26/27 season.
• Uphold Association Values: Ensure our Association embodies our core values including respect, fairness and safety.

Confidentiality: All responses are collected anonymously.
